Kylie remembered that she had asked Trevor to help deal with the Lampard family, and in return, she would massage his head to alleviate his headaches.
Trevor had been on a business trip these days, and she had been so busy that she had forgotten her promise. Feeling a bit embarrassed, she quickly put down her phone, got out of bed, and went to knock on Trevor’s door.
Her knocking had just sounded when the door opened.
Trevor, who was nearly a head taller than Kylie, opened the door and looked down at her.
It was the first time that Kylie had knocked on Trevor’s bedroom door.
Although they lived in the same house, they each had their own rooms and hardly ever visited each other’s.
It was the first time that they had done so.
Trevor’s room was decorated in the same cold style as the entire Starlit Villa, emitting the same cold aura as Trevor himself.
Kylie said. “Sorry, I forgot my promise because I was so busy. Are you available now?”
Trevor gazed at her with an inexplicable depth in his eyes. After he muttered a yes, he stepped aside to make way and then
walked towards the bed.
Kylie hesitated for a moment, wondering. ‘Am I going to massage him in his room?”
But then she thought that he had no feelings for her, so she didn’t feel worried or wasn’t on guard, following him confidently.
She said. “Every time I massage you, you fall asleep. It’s perfect when you can lie on the bed while I sit by your side to massage. When I’m done, I’ll turn off the light for you.
Kylie noticed a chair nearby whose height was just right when moved to the bedside.
As she was about to move the chair, Trevor took it from her. He said, “Let me do it.”
Kylie replied, “Okay, thanks.”
As Trevor moved the chair, he wondered, “Isn’t she really afraid that I might do anything to her? Is she that trusting of me?”
The thought that Kylie might not have any feelings for him at all caused Trevor’s eyes to darken.
Kylie didn’t notice Trevor’s emotional fluctuation. Once she sat down, she realized Trevor hadn’t come over.
She looked back and was taken aback by Trevor’s gaze which was deeper than the night. She felt something different
She asked, “Is anything wrong?”
Kylie felt that Trevor seemed a bit different after this business trip. He was more unreadable than before.
Trevor gave her a deep look and replied, “Nothing.”
Half an hour later, Trevor was fast asleep, his breathing even.

Realizing her thoughts were wandering. Kylie quickly stood up. She stretched her arms, and then quietly turned off the light and closed the door.
The moment she closed the door, Trevor opened his eyes which seemed even deeper than the night. Then he let out a soft sigh.
He thought. ‘She truly has no desire when facing me.
At about 8.30 the next morning, Amanda hurried to the door of the Opulence Hotel..

She was gomg to be late for work.

Amanda had no expectations left for Julie’s character.
Amanda thought it was definitely no coincidence that Julie was standing there at this time.

Julie looked disappointed. She said, “How much do you carn from this job? I can exchange a month’s of your salary with just half an hour of your time. Besides, I’ve spoken to your manager
Weren’t it for Kylie’s resistance towards the Lampard family, Julie would never come to Amanda.

She knew that nothing good would come from Julie’s coming to her. Last time, Julie pretended to be sick to make Kylie go back to the Lampard residence. Now, she might have some outrageous demands. So, Amanda thought there was no need to pay attention to her.
